SUMMARY
Our items are made to order in a fulfillment center as close to you as possible – thus we don’t hold a stock nor are we a giant warehouse filled with an endless supply of creative clothing. Please order responsibly.
- Our handling time is 2-3 business days to ship out items, but may occasionally take up to 5 days. Shipping time is added on to this.
- Usually customers receive the items in 6 – 10 days from placing the order (EU customers).
- 14 days no-questions asked return policy. We do NOT cover return shipping.
- Outlet items and customized items are non-returnable.
- Items are fulfilled in several places worldwide depending on your location, thus there is no trans-atlantic shipping time.
Handling time & shipping
To minimize environmental impact whilst still being able to supply all available sizes in all color combinations, we don’t hold a stock of our products – instead they are made to order by a manufacturer. This means that upon placing your order there is usually a 2-3 day processing time for your products, but may occasionally during rush or holiday seasons extend up to 5 days, before they are mailed out. Thus at final stages we also may not be able to cancel or change your order. The fulfillment centers are located in several countries.
The stock status does in realtime reflect the availability of said product. In case something is marked as out of stock it can’t be fulfilled by our manufacturer.
Shipping time is added on top of this and is usually 3-5 days in the EU. By experience our customers usually physically receive their orders in 6-10 days after they’ve placed their order. All orders (except mailable letters such as stickers only) usually receive a tracking code where you can conveniently trace your package.
Overview
As per EU-regulations, our no-questions asked refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after receiving the item (according to the online parcel tracking), however we do not cover return shipping.
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several items are non-returnable. This list is not exhaustive, please check the product description as well.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Some health and personal care items
- Products marked as outlet or discontinued
To complete your return, please contact us at info@northcountry.fi for steps on how to proceed. Do not send the products back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the payment provider (Klarna). We process refunds within 10 business days upon receiving the items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet that was approved by us, contact PayPal.
Outlet and discontinued items – outlet and discontinued items are outside of our return policy.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@northcountry.fi and mail the returnable item according to the instructions on the e-mail. Do not return the item to the manufacturer.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged – please contact us ASAP upon receiving the item on info@northcountry.fi
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product according to the instructions on the e-mail provided. Do not mail the item back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
